Terms of Use
Wobl · Party Games Offline — last updated 27 July 2026
Wobl is a party game app for one phone and a room full of people. Buying the unlock is a single payment, it is not a subscription, and it never expires.
Using the app
You may install and use Wobl on the devices tied to your Apple ID, for personal, non-commercial play. You may not resell the app or its content, copy the decks into another product, or take the app apart and ship the pieces.
What is free and what is paid
Every game in the catalog is free to play with its base deck. The one-time purchase — “Lifetime · All Access” — unlocks the extra content: the additional themed decks in every game, the optional Mafia roles, Detective and Quest, and the content added in future updates. Nothing you could already play is taken away when the paid layer grows.
Payment, restoring and refunds
The purchase is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. It is charged to your Apple ID, and it can be restored on another device with the same Apple ID using “Restore purchases” in Settings — the app needs an internet connection for that one action, and for nothing else.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The content, and the room it is played in
Wobl is rated 12+. The cards are prompts for a social game: questions to answer and dares to attempt. They are suggestions, not instructions. The table decides what it is comfortable with, anyone may pass on anything, and nobody should attempt a dare that could hurt somebody or damage something. You play at your own risk, and you are responsible for what you actually do with a card in your hand.
Updates
The app receives content updates — new decks, new games, fixes. Games and decks may be added, and occasionally reworked, without notice. Content you have unlocked stays unlocked.
No warranty
Wobl is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and to keep the content sound, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
